HALL Park blends work, life, and leisure.

The developer behind HALL Park is reimagining the 162-acre campus in Frisco, turning it into a fully integrated mixed-use district. Originally built as an office park, it now includes ambitious plans for residences, hotel, retail, and public space. (Craig Hall interview)

Among recent milestones: Chobani LLC leased space in the new 16-story tower. Meanwhile, city leaders approved a 1.4-acre expansion of Kaleidoscope Park, adding a stage, water feature, and outdoor screen over existing parkland. (Hall Group announcement, Dallas Business Journal via HALL Park).

Culture, Nature & Amenities

HALL Park already features more than 200 public art pieces, walking trails, lakes, and green spaces.

One signature asset is Butterfly Rest Stop, a large fiber sculpture by Janet Echelman suspended over Kaleidoscope Park. It highlights Frisco’s connection to monarch butterfly migration. (Wikipedia on Butterfly Rest Stop)

Economic Impact & Tenant Confidence

As HALL Park shifts, Frisco’s broader growth trends remain strong. In 2024, the city reported more than 260,000 square feet leased and over $1.5 billion in private investment. (Frisco growth report)

That momentum attracts tenant renewals even during redevelopment. Wintrust Commercial Financ renewed its lease amid construction, signaling confidence in the evolving project. (CoStar report)

Such moves strengthen Frisco’s tax base, support jobs, and justify further investments in infrastructure.

What’s Next

The first phase underway includes a new office tower, boutique hotel, luxury residential high-rise, and a food hall. Future phases are expected to layer in more retail, hospitality, and public programming — all centered around walkable streets, outdoor spaces, and cultural amenities. (HALL Park master plan)

The Vision Continues

HALL Park is no longer just an office campus. With major leases, civic-backed park expansions, and a clear mixed-use roadmap, it’s evolving into one of Frisco’s most dynamic new districts. Residents, business owners, and investors should watch closely — the transformation is shaping what Frisco becomes next.
